North Dakota man shoots himself in the head with a nail gun, and lives. Though he now has problems moving his toes he and his wife say that he is himself, and he suffered no brain damage.

    Oh wow that looks so horrible. He's extremely lucky he has no brain damage. I bet he's not going to be near any nail guns for awhile!

    The picture looks really gross!!! Who in their right mind would shoot themselves in the head?
